Many thanks to Ken Mann for this picture of the inside of the Phelon & Moore factory circa 1915 at the Horncastle Mills site. The completed motor cycles and sidecars shown here are awaiting despatch to Brooklands for testing. I’m sure someone can date this from the registration plates?
