Many thanks to George Todd himself for sharing these pictures with us.  George was a renowned rider of the early 1950′s and 1960′s and spent much effort developing the modest BSA Bantam as a racing machine.  He wrote a book in the mid 1950s called ‘Boost Your Bantam.’ Not only was George a superb rider, but also an expert at tuning other rider’s machines.  The pictures below show:

1. George Todd under way, 1961 Hutch 100
2. Silverstone behind the scene in the pits 1955
3. Aberdare park races, ca. 1953-4
4. George Todd with another winning 125 Bantam and 50cc Itom.
