hi there, are those standard mufflers on this bike? i have one and they are different.

  2. I bought one second hand in1984 and rode it for a year. The vibration was horrendous, I had to carry spare rear lamp bulbs What a relief to trade it at ‘ Eddies’ for a Honda 750/ 4. What a big mistake to take a nice 650 out to 750cc.

This is an exceptional motorcycle. This motorcycle is made for a professional. It is one of the finest Triumphs that they produced. Exceptional handling and braking with its front and rear disc brakes. This is equipped with electric starter and kick start. It has a specially balanced, light weight crankshaft that actually makes it smoother than the T-120 650 model. Please contact me if you want to know more about Triumph Bonnevilles as I am an avid writer and expert on that type and have an extended library that will answer any questions.

  4. My wife has this exact same motorcycle. It was her Uncle’s before he died of cancer. He ordered it from a dealer in Nashua NH USA. It was one of only 4 that came to the USA

Hi. I have two 750 Triumphs from the period. A 1977 and a 1982. Both great bikes to ride with nice smooth and precise 5 speed gearbox’s, you can get along really well. Gorgeous feel in my opinion and the vibration is minor. I would miss it if it wasn’t there, it’s part of the feel of the bike, and hardly intrusive. Power is fine, balance is great and I still beleive it makes a great commuter bike with plenty of torque down low. You can really get away from the lights, the 750 surprises people with how nimble it is. I ride them a lot down here in Melbourne.
