Thanks to Ken White for this picture of his self-restored Triumph made in June 1967.  It is one of the first of the production Daytona’s as they only went into production in early 1967 & has twin Amal Monoblocs. Amal Concentrics were fitted from 1968.

I have a 1967 tiger daytone with Amal concentric 626 carburetors. I wonder if these carbutetors came on this bike originally, The model is T100R and ser. # H52990 I was wondering if they came with Amal concentric 626 later in the model year? Thanks for any response, Larry

  2. This bike is very sweet looking,I had one very simalar back in the 80s and handled like a dream. It ran a dream too running with mukini carbs, not the correct ones I khow, but I used it 50 weeks of the year for 4 years before I traded it,I found them Very practical.I have just bought a t100t to restore its 69.

  3. Should the front hub have the flange On a 18 inch rim from 67? My 67 t100t has it but not certain if this is correct as the t100r has the 7 inch flat hub on 19 inch rim.
    Cheers
