A beautiful bike… would love to own one, not to look at but to ride! However, too few and too expensive.

    Hey love the pic.
I have a special bond with the Vincent motorcycle.
I was born in Stevenage in 1953 and my father Robert worked at the Vincent factory as a toolmaker.
Claims he ground the cams among other things.

In my teens in Brisbane, Australia (early 70s) I used to go to the Exhibition Speedway and the highligt for me was the sidecar racing.
Usually only 4 bikes – 3 Triumphs and one Vincent.
On a 4 lap race with a half a lap handicap, the Vincent almost always came home first.
In those days muffling was non existent and the sound from those pipes was misic.
(I bet this one gives off a throaty burble too!)

There are a couple about in south east Queensland and it is always a buzz to see one out for a Sunday ride.
