2011 Restored & now have made so I can ride it on the street . My son turned me on to this Motorcycle,it was in a storage locker in Vancouver BC. Allen Wallice owned & raced this bike. Last time in 1990 , He had a very bad stroke damaging left side of his body. Now forced to sell,so I looked at some pictures & yes I bought it after hearing the history about this bike. I dismantled the whole bike … Motor – Transmission – wheels – frame…. Repainted – new Transfers – Polished everything. 2011 I took her to the Nelson BC car show 18 Motorcycles there & my 1947 AJS 500 M18c Trials ….. wins first place wow what a Happy day that was.
yes I have taken her out in the bush to show the young kids what this old girl is like & she still can out climb some of the new bikes … they think I crazy or nuts for bring such a beautiful bike other there.
well I have 18 Bikes & I ride them all …… that is what they where made for. Amen
It does not matter were I go I always get the big thumbs up ….Yes to ride a old Classic Britt Makes me smile to…

    Hi
Just to congratulate you on your bike.
I have just purchased one here for US$600 but it requires a lot of work to even come close to your one. The main thing is everything is there so its time ,effort and the inevidable money syndrome.
I think mine is really a bit of a “bitsa” as the frame is rigid but the motor is 53 18s mich I take to be sprung frame but it doesn’t matter.
    Well done
    keith
