1921 Humber Flat Twin Pictures

Aquired this bike about four years ago. Rebuilt the engine but just going to oily rag the rest of it.
If you follow the link below you can watch a video of its first start up in 76 years I have been told it was sold new from a shop in the village where I live.

  1. I have the 1922 that is posted here I am after the timing info for this model can any one help please.

  2. Hello John
    As you are no doubt aware there are no timing marks on this engine. What I did was put one cylinder on TDC , Put the other cylinder valves rocking then slipped the idler gear of the cam drive into place. Now I adjusted the timing plate of the magneto to the position where the points are just about to open.
