Thanks to John Bamber for sending this picture in. John has researched and found out that it is a a Humber 3 1/2hp and was first registered 6 Aug 1919 to John Thomas Cairns of 356 New Hall Lane Preston. It had 3 owners in the first year with the last reg. owner being Robert Gardner, 185 Deepdale Road Preston on 8 Oct 1920.
The two people were Chris Annand (on bike) and Edward Whiteside and both were photographers in Blackpool. John believes that, from looking at the bike stands, it was probably taken in a studio with a background of Blackpool Tower & the Prom.
