  1. Vertical fins on the cylinder head means it’s 1911 or later, and atmospheric inlet valve (no pushrod) means it’s earlier than 1913. To decide between 1911 and 1912 it would be easiest to know whether the top frame tube is straight or dropped to give a lower seat position. Move those skirts, Ma’m! ‘Tis said that all 1912 models were delivered with a clutch in the back hub (?), which ours doesn’t appear to have. So let’s go with 1911 Model 7A – magneto ignition, flat belt drive with tensioning device. If 1912, it would be a Model 8A.
