This bike raised the absolute motorcycle world speed record to 214.17mph at the Bonneville Speed Flats in 1956.  Powered by a 650cc Thunderbird engine it produced 80bhp at 7,400 rpm.

  1. I know a little about this machine, and it was amazing in its day but it never had anywhere close to 80 hp.
