Hi Nigel,
These are the first Tritons ever built. They date from 1953 and have full race history. they were last on the track in 1957 and have been stored in a dehumidified garage since. I bought them last year to complement the Spirit of the Sixties Cafe racers. I have fired both bikes up and they sound awesome. They will not get the Laurence treatment but are going to be left as they are.

  1. Things of beauty!

  2. Brilliant. These bikes are part of motorcycling history, no restoration required, just an oily rag now and again. i would keep these in the house instead of the wife…….

    • Hi Bill, Thanks for the comment, the bikes will stay as they are but not in the house, the wife must stay warm and cosy. I don’t have any plans for the bikes at the moment except to start them up from time to time and get them more exposure. See this months Classic bike for a full feature on these two machines.

      Regards Garry Laurence

        Hi Gary
Do you have show room ? If you do could I come along to see the bikes? It really is great that they are the original machines. I was a fan of Bob McIntyre in the 50s when I lived in Scotland so like these machines. I now live in Dunstable
