1941 Matchless G3L Racer Pictures

Just a little storry about this bike :
Last weekend I used it on a wooden Boardtrack. ( Good fun for us here. See youtube “trackracer Bielefeld”)

An elderly visitor, beeing present in the 50th race-scene, told me that the most G3L in Germany had been stolen , complete or part by part, from the british Rhine Army. It was not able to get them road registered, so that they used them as “…..- special” for racing.

I hope that mine is not such a bike and that your majesty will not ask me to return it. But I`m not sure…..
