Thanks to Doug Teeter of Arizona for this picture. "My mom took this picture in 1956 in front of our house in LaVerne, California. I’m on the left on my 1955 AJS street single and my step dad Ray Wilson (deceased) is on the right on his 1955 Matchless scrambler. I was 15 in this picture. Ray made the mistake of teaching me how to ride the Matchless so I couldn’t wait for him to leave for work. I could get about 1/2 hour in before school and I hurried home to get an hour or so on the Matchless before he got home. He finally caught me so he bought me the AJS for $500, the seller threw in the leather competition shirt."
