1961 Rumi Formichino Scooter Pictures

Here are a couple of pics of a 1961 Rumi scooter sent in by Mike Nancollas. It was a blue bike with a 125cc twin engine forming an integral part of the frame being bolted to the aluminium castings front and rear. He believes it used to rev at around 12,000rpm! The upper picture is of Mike himself with his sadly deceased friend Rodney Elms below. Thanks also to Franco for pointing out that it is a Formichino" (little ant) and it never quite reached 12,000rpm!
