One of a pair of TWNs purchased in 2006. The second one will be restored shortly…

TWN (Triumph Works Nuernberg) was started by the original owners of the British Triumph company in 1903. It split from the main company in 1929 and in the late 1930s produced the BD 250, selling thousands to the German Army. The BD250 was the forerunner to the Cornet which was made between 1953 and 1957.

The company folded in 1957 and was bought by Grundig.
