1909 Curtiss V Twin and Puch Pictures

Thanks to Elizabeth Bowers for this picture of her great uncle Henry ‘Harry’ Bowers on the right and his brother in law Albert Leroy Lockwood on the left.  And thanks also to Leon for identifying the bikes: "I love the Puch on the left, the bike on the right is much more interesting than an Indian as originally thought! It is a Curtiss V twin from 1909 (or perhaps 1910) – the spring fork was available for the 1909 model but the triangular toolbox under the seat had gone by 1911. I can’t find a photo that I know to be 1910, but apparently the models for that year were much revised, so let’s call this one 1909!"
