For sale is my 1978 Kawasaki KH250 B3, which I have undertaken a full restoration of. This bike is obviously very clean, and really does look incredible in the flesh. Current mileage is 26493, although this may increase slightly over the selling period due to myself keeping it running in.

In terms of work carried out:
- the frame, brackets and swingarm etc have all been blasted and powder-coated
- all chassis fixings have either been replated or replaced by stainless steel fasteners as appropriate
- all bearings in chassis replaced (headstock has taper bearings as opposed to ball bearings found as factory spec)
- Engine completely stripped and refurbished with crank rebuilt by Kawasaki Triple Parts, new small ends, pistons, rings, honed bores, new gearbox bearings, and all cases aqua-blasted at JHS Racing
- Carbs stripped and cleaned ultrasonically, and rebuilt
- Paintwork redone in Candy Lime Green by Ace Of Sprays, with decals by RB, which really does look amazing in person
- Original brightwork replated includes : Grab rail, gear lever and linkages, rear brake lever, mudguard brace, lower yoke cowls, rear brake arm and pointer, chain adjusters
- Completely new wiring loom, fabricated by myself (works perfectly)
- Wheels stripped and rebuilt by myself, with original rims rechromed, nipples plated with Zinc Dichromate and spokes BZP’d. These look fantastic even if I do say so myself, and are true to Kawasaki’s original maunfacture limits
- Brakes both ends fully overhauled, front master cylinder is round capped as per older models, but is brand new and works as it should
- New chain and sprockets fitted
- Clock binnacle and switch-gear renovated by myself (lots of time spent with hobbyist’s lacquer)
- Exhausts are K2Tec from Japan, look and sound really nice

In short, there is not a bolt, washer or bearing on this bike that I have not renovated over the past 5 months. It was always restored with the intention of selling, being a bit small for me to ride comfortably. The bike has done about 150 miles since rebuild, and as mentioned previously I will put a few more miles on it over the next week or two. This will make a fantastic investment for someone, and rides as well as you could expect of a 38 year old 2 stroke 250. After my restoration finished, Tim Blakemore at Blakemore Racing went over the bike for me, and it flew through an MOT on Friday morning with no advisories.

Collection only, paypal or cash on collection. Please contact on my mobile number, 07765666994. Cannot answer during working day but will endeavour to contact any enquiries.
