		<description><![CDATA[Vertical fins on the cylinder head means it&#039;s 1911 or later, and atmospheric inlet valve (no pushrod) means it&#039;s earlier than 1913. To decide between 1911 and 1912 it would be easiest to know whether the top frame tube is straight or dropped to give a lower seat position. Move those skirts, Ma&#039;m! &#039;Tis said that all 1912 models were delivered with a clutch in the back hub (?), which ours doesn&#039;t appear to have. So let&#039;s go with 1911 Model 7A - magneto ignition, flat belt drive with tensioning device. If 1912, it would be a Model 8A.]]></description>
