Silly thought, but just check your front tyre. If it is anything like the arrow tread patterns on cars, it is on the wrong way round & would be going effectively backwards when you’re riding. This can overheat the tyre, but more importantly it will not clear the water if you are riding in the rain.

Apologies if I am wrong, but that was what jumped out when I saw your pics.
