David, Our stories are very similar! I wanted the CB160 in 1966 but was unable to purchase because of the cost, May, 1966 I purchased a new black Honda Sport 50! Had a wonderful spring that year riding with my first girl friend who had a new white Honda C90 Cub model. That July I joined the Air Force because I was about to drafted. Since that Sport 50 I've owned seven motorcycles and June 13, 2009 I finally got my Honda CB160 on ebay. It has been a labor of love, when i ride it i am a teenager once again! You can see additional photo's of my 1964 CB160 on Flickr.com, my handle is "Simbayancy", hope you enjoy!

Great pictures. In 1965 I traded my Honda 50 Sport for the new CB160. It was a great motorcycle, rode it for two years before I went off to the war.

I have a few photos of the bike, but not the quality you have here. Looks great! Thanks for sharing.
