		<description><![CDATA[Yes it is the exact copy of my 1958 250 Blizzard. Refered to as a 250 cc round barrel 2 stroke engine. An old mechanic told me that they called a nick name of &quot;MAICO BREAKO&quot;.
I asked why and he said that the 2 stroke fired at TDC and would run as well backwards as forwards! So if it backfired and you dumped the clutch out instead of easing it, it would shoot out backwards and throw you over the bars! there seems to be some credence to that theory since I have 2 tanks and they both had the same exact VERY BAD dents right in front like the triple tree hit it.
I have been working on mine for over 20 years now on and off. A note to recall as you work on it, is that the chain is no longer available as well! you will have to find a similar set of drive sprockets and drill to match with a chain that is available.]]></description>

Starting was a bitch but once running it was pretty quick for its size and weight.  It needed a 12 volt system.  I wish I could find one today as it would be a hoot to ride in Moto Giro events.]]></description>

These  bikes  were marketed  by  Bicicletas  Monark  SA .    The  engines they used  were of  two  capacities  125cc and 250cc , made  by  JAWA  .
