As  far as the side panniers  is conserned  there are made from fiberglass  after the the volume was sculpured in a phellizol piece  and then being casted with fiberglass. Then is coverd with  leather tapestry....done  by  a professional ......  if  u  have  more  quwrie  feel  free to mail me
