The 45 did have the oil in the right side of the gastank. The ul had a seperate oil tank under the seat.
Also pre 40 the front fork was thinner and square.

Its the biger model. you can easily see it in many parts, for example the frame. Also year can be not correct: a lot of parts are not from 1937 such as tail-light, exhaust pipe, tank emblem ( it should be a transfer), etc…
