It looks very similar to my bike, suspected to be a 1929 172cc twin port Villiers Silent Superb, which I bought in bits as a partly restored bike.
Most of yours looks the same other than the engine and gear change linkage.
I would be happy to share images with any other owners, it might help my quest to finish my restoration and it might help others.
