		<description><![CDATA[In my opinion this is a 1914 211cc Radco. By 1915 the top frame tube was kinked down to enable the seat to be lower. I have a 1914 machine which has the engine number 14531 and frame number14260. I also have a 1915 and a 1919 Radco all with identical 211cc engines. Both the 1914 and the 1915 machines have the patent Radco front fork suspension system as can be seen in the photograph and which had been replaced by a lightweight convential system by 1919.
Despite the claims made in the publications at the time, the 211cc engine is really very feeble and I think the postman in the photograph would have to have a round without hills.]]></description>
