Velocette "The Covel" |

Many thanks to Jeremy Retwood for this picture taken
at the Velocette Centenary Rally. The “Covel” is a 500cc
twin made after WW2 by one Hedley Cox, a Velocette employee. He created
it by fixing the parts of two KTT motors together with a number of home
made components and Velo cycle parts. The Factory were not amused
