1971 Triumph Bonneville T120

Thanks to Paul Houghton for this picture of his bike.

"I am the third owner. It has had a full nut bolt restoration job by me, with the engine having a full rebuild with upgrades, such as morgo rotary pump, uprated charging system, 3 phase, elec igntion, new head and barrels. I managed to locate an new old set of Hepolite pistons 9:1 standard fit, stainless nuts/bolts fitted throughout, with some one off bolts I made just for the job to match the original ones, each s/s bolt head I filled by hand [phew] then, wet n dried it on a flat bed before being finished off with sol-vol by hand as I dont have a machine to do the job for me - which includes the cases. The wheels I have fitted s/s spokes, skimed hubs then had saftek linings made to fit, most of the work I did my self, any that I couldn't do due to engeering skill I passed out to mates. The whole job took 4 years many 100s of miles but loved it, am on me second bonnie now see how long that takes!!!!"
