1894 Hildebrand und Wolfmueller

Big thanks to Thomas Ihle for this picture.  It's a Hildebrand und Wolfmueller, built in Munich in 1894. It has a two-cylinder, four-stroke engine with 1488 ccm, 2,5 HP and managed was 40 kmh. It was the first widely available motorcycle with around maybe 200 manufactured. There were earlier bikes such as the Daimlers Reitwagen of 1885, but these were one off specials. A fascinating bike, but I understand spares are quite hard to find....
