An interesting DOT at Stinkwheel in 2007.  Not sure that brake pedal is positioned correctly...?

Thanks also to Ulf from Norway for some comments on the bike.  Ulf believes that the Villiers 6E engine with the winged cover went out of production in late 1952.  The rigid frame may also not be correct for the year either.

And thanks also to Richard of the DOT club for confirming that this bike is from around 1952, as in 1953 the swinging arm rear was introduced and in 1954 the leading link forks arrived.
