Thanks to John Boswell of Salisbury, Wiltshire for these pictures of his 1958 DKW RT 200 VS.  John purchased this on Ebay all in bits.  This project cost John only £600 including the purchase of the bike!  It was from a batch sold by the importers, PRIDE AND CLARKE of London.  It went to Coventry and ran until a big end failure at 48000 mls forced attention, An ALPHA big end was fitted to flywheels but was never rebuilt, sat in box until last Oct 2004 then sold on Ebay to John.  Many parts purchased via the web from Germany as some are becoming very difficult find.
