1939 BSA Silver Star

A very nice example of a 1939 350cc BSA Silver Star.  These followed on from the Empire Stars, introduced in 1935.  In 1939 the Silver Star came into existence in 350 and 500cc capacities with engine modifications providing increased speed and better silencing.  The war then put an end to this line of bikes until they reappeared as the iron-engined B31.
